March 7th Meeting - Mesh Networking Presentation

Bob, W8ERD from the Delaware Mesh networking group is going to present about Mesh Networking. Bob has presented with Bill Curtice WA8APB about Hamnet Mesh in the TAPR Forum at Dayton Hamvention in 2015. Bob also did a mesh networking presentation at the Madison County Club meeting last month.

Bob got his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State, working with John Kraus W8JK.  He was in charge of the Search for Extraterrestrial Life at the OSU Big Ear radio telescope.

Bob will give an introduction to ham mesh networks and explain what equipment is needed and how it works.

He will bring some sample equipment for show and tell, so people can see it for themselves.
